Who’s running your brain?
When you realize that you are running your brain, it is a liberating moment! All that has stopped you getting ahead – your blocks, sticking points, stress and anxiety – can be a thing of the past.
- Stress and anxiety
- Feeling stuck and muddled
- Low self esteem
- Tiredness and apathy
- Lack of motivation
- Destructive patterns and addictions
- Poor sleeping patterns
- Negative body image
- Poor diet
- Potential blocks around prosperity
How much can we really control our minds?
Our main mode of control has to do with our degree of knowledge and our understanding of the world. As we change what we know about the world, we change the way we control our perception.
Antonio Damasio Dr. Antonio Damasio is a renowned neuroscientist who direct’s the USC Brain and Creativity Institute. Before that he was the Head of Neurology at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. His research focuses on the neurobiology of mind and behavior, with an emphasis on emotion, decision-making, memory, communication, and creativity. His research has helped describe the neurological origins of emotions and has shown how emotions affect cognition and decision-making. He is the author of a number of books, including “Self Comes to Mind: Constructing the Conscious Brain,” which will be published in November, 2010. Dr. Damasio is also the 2010 winner of the Honda Prize, one of the most important international awards for scientific achievement. But the GOOD news is, you can take control, and improve your life, like thousands of others around the world who have used the ThinkSpace toolkit. The 90-minute program will empower you to reach your full potential in all areas of your life. The techniques, once learned can be applied to any area of your life that you would like to improve or develop. So, how does it work? Well, here’s the science! Neural pathways are responsible for the thousands of patterns of thoughts that we cultivate over time; most are positive, but some are detrimental to our well-being. Negative patterns and habits can form that don’t serve us in a positive way, but the good news is that we are in control of these pathways, and at any time, with a little guidance and effort, we all have the ability to dramatically change negative patterns and behaviours.

What our clients say
“I needed support and I needed it NOW. ThinkSpace gave me specific directives, within minutes I was able to discover the next best action and thought process. The simple approach accessed the wisdom of the knowledge within me, which was quick, direct and true. I now have powerful tools to implement whenever I have a choice to make towards change. Thank you, ThinkSpace, for supporting me in a pivotal moment when I was overwhelmed, tearful and lost. You reminded me again of my power to know what’s right for me in even the most challenging circumstances.”
– Charlon Santa Cruz, California, United States
I must say that I was skeptical because although I believe wholeheartedly in the theory of ThinkSpace, I am cynical and skeptical by nature and I doubted whether it would ‘work on me’. After completing the program, I was delighted with the result and am looking forward to using the tools in all aspects of my life.
– Gail New York, United States
Through the ThinkSpace program, I went back to revisit an early memory, which still had a negative impact on my life, it was easy to go back nearly 60 years to a memory from my childhood, which has haunted me in a really uncomfortable way and contributed directly to my lack of confidence in one particular area. During the program, I was absolutely amazed to find that, after what seemed a very short period of time, the images of the memory changed completely from a strong negative experience to a positive feeling of happiness within me and a visual shared happiness with my family. Now, I can happily revisit the event, which included three other people, with only positive recollections of myself, the situation and the others involved. It actually has been very healing for me in more than one way. It’s a week ago since I carried out the Program and I am still amazed at the change. Thank you ThinkSpace!
– Diana Winchester, United Kingdom
Well I have been very feeling good I must admit. The ThinkSpace program seems to have given me more confidence in myself and helped put the past memory into perspective. It happened, I cannot change that, but now when I think of it, it does feel very, very far away from my life now. I don’t feel tainted by the experience anymore. I feel a sense of pride in me for having coped with all the negative things I have had to deal with so far in my life and weirdly that gives me renewed strength for my future. I really think you are on to something good with ThinkSpace!
– V London, England
Even with it being my first listen through of the ThinkSpace program, it introduced a ‘calm’ in my life that had been missing for a long time. I am trying to adopt new ways of thinking for thoughts which are deeply ingrained in all aspects of my life and the Program has showed me that it IS possible.
– Christine California,United States
It is a case of expect the unexpected. The thoughts came out of nowhere and as the process went on, I realized (hadn’t before) how they were all connected. Came away feeling lighter and freer than have in ages and singing along to the car radio like I haven’t done in a long time in the carefree way I used to.
– Lisa Auckland, New Zealand
Having had a fear of flying for years, I used the ThinkSpace program with an open mind not really expecting great headway if I am honest! Although came away feeling great wasn’t sure whether it had made a difference until I arrived at the airport for my holiday destination. Can honestly say that I felt none of the rising internal panic that I would normally feel, and for the first time in my life climbed aboard the plane feeling a little excited! I was able to sit in my seat and, using the techniques I had learned, actually enjoy the take-off, not noticing every clunk, squeak and engine thrust that would normally leave me rigid. I didn’t spend the rest of my holiday in complete dread of the homeward journey. Home flight exactly the same, and even though a little turbulent on landing, I just felt my body going with the flow! Even though it surprises me in a way, the only conclusion is that it has to be down to ThinkSpace! And that is actually how it was!.
